1. Program description

Matt Bowers Infiniti SMS Alerts is a text messaging program operated by Matt Bowers Infiniti. When you opt in, you may receive recurring informational and marketing text messages, including appointment confirmations and reminders, service status updates, recall and maintenance notices, sales follow-ups, and occasional offers or inventory alerts.

2. How to opt in

You can join by completing the opt-in form on this website with your mobile number and checking the consent box, by providing express written consent in person or on a dealership form, or by texting a keyword to our messaging number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving any service.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You can expect approximately 2 to 6 messages per month, plus transactional messages related to appointments or service work in progress.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Matt Bowers Infiniti does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply to each message sent or received. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

6. How to cancel

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from this program. You can rejoin at any time by opting in again.

7. Supported carriers

Carriers include (but are not limited to) AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Google Voice. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless provider and is outside our control.

8. Privacy and data sharing

We respect your privacy and use the information you provide only to operate this messaging program and to communicate with you about your vehicle, appointments, and offers. No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party other than the messaging service providers that help us deliver messages on our behalf. 9. Eligibility and changes

You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you submit. We may modify or terminate this program, or these terms, at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
